Game Revamp Compensation Notice

We would like to inform our Portal Masters about the compensation for the data reset with revamp update.

First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our Portal Masters who have spent time playing Skylanders™ Ring of Heroes. The following compensations will be provided for Portal Masters for their effort and support.

There will be 2 types of compensations: Growth Compensation and Purchase Compensation. Portal Masters are eligible for both compensations if conditions are met.

Compensation will be sent to Portal Master’s inbox when logging in after the revamp update. Please note that the compensations are given only once upon your first log in.
※ Data Reset Compensation will be given ONE TIME ONLY when logging in to the game with the existing account. Please be advised that the compensation won't be given if Portal Masters reset their account on their own or when the account cannot be identified.

Please refer below for more details.

1. Issuing Compensation:
- The compensation will be issued to the Portal Master’s Inbox when logging in to the game after the game revamp update.
- The compensation will be issued to servers as below:
→ If a Portal Master played in the AU/CA or Global server ▶ Issued to Global server
→ If a Portal Master played in the Europe server ▶ Issued to Europe server
- If Portal Masters have played in both AU/CA and Global servers, the Growth Compensation and Purchase Compensation will be calculated for both servers and the total amount will be issued to the Global Server.

2. Compensation Details
1) Growth Compensation
- Details: Compensation based on the account level of the current account. Please refer to the table below for compensation details.
- Effective Date: As of Purchase Block Maintenance on 11/18/2020 PST

2) Purchase Compensation
- Details: 150% of the payment amounts will be calculated into Gems and issued to Portal Masters.
- Effective Date: From launch date until Purchase Block Maintenance on 11/18/2020 PST

The exact game revamp schedule will be shared in the future. Also, we are preparing a Q&A post with the questions Portal Masters have asked frequently, so please stay tuned.
